After checking out other manufactured home dealers I settled on Caris-Sell. I am in the Snohomish area and it required that I travel to Tri-Cities to conduct business. This I do not regret. The Caris-Sell home team was tremendous. They worked with us to get everything just right and helped us to customize our new home.  They supported us through a poor property appraisal, held our new home on their lot for us while we worked with a new lender.   The setup process was amazing, and fun to watch.   We were impressed by the skill level that everyone showed and the quality of the home.  The finished guys did an amazing job.   This without a doubt has been the best home building experience ever. We bought our Palm Harbor home in 2017. Our property is very narrow so we asked Shane if Palm Harbor still had a specific floor plan that we had found on another website. They were able to bring it back to life and we worked closely with Shane to make interior changes to make it ours. We are very happy with our new home and recommend Caris-Sell Homes to everyone.
