To me, I think it’s perfect for families and guests. The Primary Suite with the optional Spa Bath can have its own entertainment center for a lifestyle of pure luxury every day of the year. The Parent Retreat has many possibilities as it is, yet even more should you want to customize the space as a nursery, a den, or a workout room. The Palazzo would be “the spot” people would want to be at. There’s a bar, an island, and all areas are highly versatile. Furthermore, the standard floor plan has room to grow as you could super-size and make it even bigger! Adding a custom patio or deck around the home would really make this home POP!
