We bought our Palm Harbor home in 2017. Our property is very narrow so we asked Shane if Palm Harbor still had a specific floor plan that we had found on another website. They were able to bring it back to life and we worked closely with Shane to make interior changes to make it ours. We are very happy with our new home and recommend Caris-Sell Homes to everyone.

After checking out other manufactured home dealers I settled on Caris-Sell. I am in the Snohomish area and it required that I travel to Tri-Cities to conduct business. This I do not regret.
